My story

For much of my teens, 20s, and early 30s, I went through a season where I became trapped in unhealthy patterns and ways of coping that had taken control of my life. What began as a way of escaping pain, eventually became a place of bondage. I found myself caught in cycles of bingeing and restriction, striving for control but never finding true peace.

Everything began to change when God met me right where I was. Through my faith and the guidance of incredible mentors, I began a journey of healing that transformed not just my habits, but my heart and mindset. Over time, I experienced freedom—not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

This journey is what led me here.

Who I help

Today, I help men and women break free from the same cycles of overwhelm, inconsistency, and frustration so they can experience lasting freedom in their health—body, soul, and spirit. I believe this process isn't about perfection or quick fixes, but about restoration, grace, and learning to live in alignment with how we were created.

My mission is to walk alongside you as you move from overwhelmed to overjoyed—building a healthy, sustainable lifestyle, rediscovering confidence in your body, and learning to truly enjoy movement and your life.

My mission

My mission is to guide individuals toward lasting health and wholeness by combining fitness, health coaching, and stress management into a sustainable, whole-person approach. With a foundation that honors both physical and inner well-being, I help clients build strength, build healthier responses to stress, and develop a balanced relationship with food and their bodies—so they can live with greater energy, confidence, and purpose. I believe in deep rooted transformation, not surface level wellness.

My approach

I help individuals reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable habits, and create a lifestyle that supports lasting energy, strength, and confidence. My approach blends fitness, nervous system regulation tools, and behavior change with a deeper focus on mindset, emotional well-being, and self-compassion.

I'm especially passionate about helping those who feel stuck in cycles of emotional eating, body frustration, or all-or-nothing thinking. Together, we work to break those patterns, restore a healthy relationship with food and movement, and build a foundation rooted in respect, grace, and care for your body.

Faith

At the heart of my work is my Christian faith and the belief that our bodies are intentionally created and entrusted to us to care for. True health goes beyond the physical; it's about aligning our habits, thoughts, and daily lives with truth, living with purpose, and experiencing the freedom that comes from walking in who you were created to be.

My desire is to help you move away from striving and shame, and into a place of strength, freedom, and wholeness—body, soul, and spirit.

Whether through personal training or coaching, my goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you grow in confidence, consistency, and a deeper sense of well-being—from the inside out.

I work with all clients, no matter where you are in your spiritual journey.
